Our First Snuggles Day is a memorable milestone in the puppy placement journey, offering families the chance to meet the litter, enjoy those first cuddles, discover each puppy’s unique personality, and, where applicable, choose their future furry family member.
During your scheduled visit, you will have the opportunity to:
Meet and interact with the puppies in a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment.
Learn about each puppy’s temperament, personality, and developmental progress.
Discuss puppy care, nutrition, training, and preparation for your puppy’s transition into your home.
To safeguard the health and wellbeing of our puppies, all visits are strictly by appointment. Visitors may be asked to follow biosecurity protocols, including sanitising hands, removing footwear, and avoiding contact with other litters or unvaccinated dogs prior to their visit.
Our priority is to provide families with a positive and informative experience while ensuring the comfort, safety, and welfare of our dogs and puppies at all times.
We offer First Snuggles Day when the puppies are approximately 5 weeks of age.
Please note that puppies cannot be reserved.
Families who wish to proceed after attending First Snuggles Day are required to complete an application and submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure their chosen puppy.
Once an application is approved and the deposit received, the puppy will be marked as unavailable and held exclusively for that family. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the puppy's collection date. We encourage families to carefully consider their decision before placing a deposit, as deposits are non-refundable and signify a commitment to welcoming a new puppy into their home.
